Terms and conditions

General terms and conditions:

  • Our prices are per person per night inclusive of half board
  • Full board supplement € 20,00  per person 
  • An earnest money deposit of 30 % of the total price confirms your reservation
  • The expiration period for the deposit to confirm your booking comprises _________ days from the date of the confirmation of your booking. __________ 
  • The earnest money deposit is a guarantee for the contract and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation by the guest. 
  • In the event of late arrival or early departure the entire period of the reservation will be charged to the hotel bill. 
  • Missed meals will not be refunded. 
  • Check-in time is from 2.30 p.m.
  • Please let us know if you arrive after 5 p.m.
  • Check-out time is 10 a.m.
  • Children’s reductions are granted only for children sharing the parents’ room. 
  • (The quoted prices and programmes are subject to change.) 
  • Pets are not allowed or only with prior consent.
  • Car park fee is € 15 per night
  • Single occupancy of double room + 50%, only available during off-season 
  • With the earnest money deposit you automatically accept the General terms and conditions of the Plaza.
