General Terms and Conditions of Alpenhotel Plaza

Conditions and important information for your summer and winter holidays at our 4-star superior hotel in Val Gardena.

Prices are per person, per day, including breakfast or half board (3/4 board)
To confirm the booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount
A deadline for receipt of the confirmation deposit will be set during booking
The confirmation deposit is a guarantee of compliance with the rental agreement and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation by the guest
In the event of late arrival or premature departure, the entire reserved period will be charged
Unredeemed meals will not be deducted from the bill
Guests may move into their room from 14:30 onwards
Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 19:00
On the day of departure, the room is available until 10:00
Late check-out comes at an extra charge
Discounts for children apply only when the children are accommodated in their parents' room
We reserve the right to change the price or service indicated
Your four-legged friends are welcome upon prior arrangement and at an additional cost
Parking space in our garage included
By paying the confirmation deposit you automatically accept our terms and conditions

From booking up to 16 days before arrival 30% of the total price.
For cancellations between 15 days and the day of arrival, 70% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
In the event of early departure or late arrival: 80% of the agreed daily price per unused day
In case of no-show: 80% of the agreed total price
